Before certain types of purchases can be made through Non-PO Voucher, a contract must be fully executed. While the intent of the Accounts Payable Shared Services Center is to provide uniformity for AP transactions across all University of 欧美日b大片 campuses, decisions for what types of transactions require a contract and contract policy and procedure are made at the campus level.

Please reach out to your Business Office for more information about contracts, UNLESS your proposed Non-PO Voucher is GRANT RELATED, in which case you should reach out to your Sponsored Programs Office.
