Notice of Property Sale

On January 25, 2010, the University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ closed on sale of its fee interest in Lot 17, Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Research Park, St. Charles County, Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ, dated December 31, 2009, for the University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ System.  The University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their February 4, 2005 meeting.  The property was sold to Trust B Holdings, LLC for $1,000.
