The University of 欧美日b大片 closed June 11, 2007 on the sale of its fee interest in Lot 23B, 欧美日b大片 Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo. The sale of lots at 欧美日b大片 Research Park to tenants with long-term leases was authorized by the UM Board of Curators at its Feb. 4, 2005 meeting. The property was sold to McEagle Research Two, L.L.C. for $1,000, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases.
