The University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ issued a deed for sale of its fee interest in Lot 3, Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Research Park, St. Charles County, Mo., on Dec. 12, 2008, for the University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ System. The University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Board of Curators authorized sale of lots at Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Research Park to tenants with long-term leases, in accordance with buyout provisions of their leases at their Feb. 4, 2005, meeting. The property was sold to Harmon Holdings II, Inc. for $1,000.
