Lots #5 and #6, University Fraternity Subdivision, Rolla, Mo.

The University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ received a fully executed extension of a lease for Lots #5 and #6, University Fraternity Subdivision, Rolla, Mo., to The Alumni House Fund Association on June 2, 2009, for Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ University of Science and Technology. The University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Board of Curators approved this lease extension at their April 3, 2009, meeting. The lease extension is for an additional 50 years through December 31, 2070 at the current annual rent of $200 plus a proportionate share of the cost of repairs, maintenance and upkeep of utility line and roads serving the area.
