The University of 欧美日b大片 executed ground leases for Lots 23A and 23B (15.87 acres), at 欧美日b大片 Research Park, St. Charles County, on Jan. 30, 2006. The leases are to McEagle Research Two LLC, and the pre-paid rent is $2,156,847. The lease was approved by the UM Board of Curators at its July 22, 2005 meeting
