A meeting of the University of 欧美日b大片-St. Louis Chancellor Search Committee will commence at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, in the J.C. Penney Board of the J. C. Penney Building on the campus of the University of 欧美日b大片-St. Louis, 8001 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, 欧美日b大片 63121. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss names, personal information concerning, and personnel records and performance ratings and/or records with respect to the assessment of candidates for the position of Chancellor of the University of 欧美日b大片-St. Louis.
Because of the nature of the matters to be discussed at the meeting (as described above), and pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Committee, this meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of 欧美日b大片, and in particular Section 610.021(3) and (13) thereof.
