Members of the press are invited to a panel discussion of state and University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ leaders to be held today at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 15, 2006 in the Lodge of the Four Seasons Granada Ballroom. The panel will discuss higher education’s role in building Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ’s economy. Subjects will include Governor Matt Blunt’s Lewis & Clark Discovery Initiative.

University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ President Elson S. Floyd will moderate the panel, which will include Director of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Department of Economic Development Greg Steinhoff, Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Technology Corporation Executive Director Rob Monsees, and University of Å·ÃÀÈÕb´óƬ Vice President for Research and Economic Development John Gardner.
